Since its inception by husband and wife team - Harold and Lindie Donksy in 1997, Cookie Concepts has grown to become one of Australia’s best loved, premium cookie makers.
As an Australian owned family business, we take pride in using quality ingredients to craft delicious, handmade cookies. Passion, hard work and love is infused into every cookie from the moment the ingredients are mixed to the moment they come out of the oven baked and ready to be decorated to perfection.

INGREDIENTS
At Cookie Concepts we firmly believe that the quality of the end product will be directly influenced by what we put into it. Accordingly we only use fresh and natural ingredients of the highest quality. We do not add any artificial preservatives to our products.

Our cookies are crunchy, sweet, crumbly, melt-in-your-mouth, you name it. All our delicious products are lovingly crafted to tried and tested traditional family recipes. We’re always excited by inspiration around us and continually strive to create delicious products that our customers love.
OUR BAKING PRACTICES
Baking our premium quality products is as much an art as it is a science. Our team knows this well and extra care and attention is devoted to every batch from weighing out ingredients to mixing, forming, decorating, baking and packing. We prepare our products in small batches so we can ensure we only produce the finest quality cookies and biscuits to meet our exacting standards. Cookie Concepts has been HACCP accredited since 2002 to meet the most stringent of food safety standards. Since 2010 when we first participated in the City of Monash "Golden Plate Award" program we have consistently been awarded the highest rating for our premises - 5 Stars.
